The sygnes of a stomake that is of an yll & weyke dygestyon is whan the body is unlusty, hevy, & slouthfull, the face is swollen, & yaneth often, & hath payne in his eyen, & bolketh often & rudely, & the bolkyng is sowre & unsavery, watry & stynkyng, & therby is bredde wyndes & swellynge of the bely & the appetyte of meate is marde. Therfore swete sone beware of meates and drynkes that may hurte or be contrary to thy helth.
