Thou shalt understande my dere sone that he that is wonte to eate but one meale often is dyseased, for the stomake is without dygestyon & the body hath smal nourysshyng. And he that is accustomed to eate at one time ones another tyme twyse he shal lyghtly preveve that it doth hym harme, for custome chargeth nature.
