How one ought to uttre his speche.

Yf thou hast ony mater of gravyte or sadnesse of reason, to shewe and declare before noble and wyse audyence, tell it brevely and wysely, with a good bolde courage and wyll, and than they wyll take it hertely, and wyll gyve credence to thy wordes and alowe thy saynge. For wyse men wyll gladly gyve eeres to wyse and short informacyon. And therfore be nor shamefast nor aferde to tell the trouth. For many one have loste theyr ryght by shamefastnesse and feare of theyr utteraunce of wordes, though theyr causes were good.
